This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the Pluven mobile application ("Pluven", the "App"). Pluven processes data in accordance with Turkey's Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").

To provide recommendations based on current weather, your approximate location or the city you select is shared with our weather provider (OpenWeatherMap). This data is not permanently stored on Pluven's servers.
2.4 Payment and Subscription Data
Your Premium subscription status and purchase history are processed via RevenueCat. Your card details never reach us or RevenueCat — they are processed directly by the Apple App Store / Google Play.
2.5 Technical and Error Data
In the event of an app crash, technical error reports are collected via Sentry so we can diagnose the issue. These reports are configured by default not to contain personal information (data such as name or email is not sent automatically).

Ads are shown in the App via Google AdMob. The ads shown are non-personalized — meaning they are not targeted based on your interests, past behavior, or profile.
To serve an ad, Google AdMob may process technical data related to the ad request (e.g. device/app information, approximate general location). This data is not used to build a personal profile.
Ad frequency is limited: non-Premium users see at most 1 ad per day, and new users see no ads for the first few days. Premium subscribers are never shown ads.
Your data is processed based on the explicit consent you give at sign-up. Your record of having accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service when creating your account is kept in a separate consent record (together with the date and policy version) for evidentiary purposes.

Your data is never sold to third parties for personalized advertising purposes or used for profiling.
Some of the service providers we use may have servers located abroad (for example, in the EU). Such transfers are carried out in compliance with the requirements of the KVKK and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

Pluven is not designed for or directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data (such as encrypted communication and access control). However, no data transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
This policy may be updated from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you within the App and, if necessary, ask for your renewed consent. The current version is always available on this page.
