These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pluven mobile application ("Pluven", the "App"). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the App.
1.Service Provider
Pluven is developed and operated by an independent individual developer.
Pluven is a mobile assistant that recommends a daily fragrance from your own perfume collection based on weather, mood, and occasion, identifies gaps in your collection, and suggests layering combinations.
Pluven's recommendations are for informational purposes only — they do not constitute medical, allergy, or health advice. If you have a scent sensitivity or allergy, we recommend doing your own research or consulting a specialist before using any product.
3.Creating an Account
You need to create an account to use the App (via email/password or Google sign-in).
Pluven is not intended for users under the age of 18. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (including your password) confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts created with false or misleading information.
4.Premium Subscription
Some features of Pluven (e.g. unlimited history, Mix/layering recommendations) require a Premium subscription.
Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by that store's own policies. Pluven does not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests must go through Apple's or Google's support channels.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected (monthly/yearly, etc.) unless cancelled. Cancelling does not affect your access for the remainder of the current period.
Prices and the features included in Premium may change without prior notice; the price of your current active subscription period is not affected.
5.User Content
Perfume information, photos, and history records you add to the App ("User Content") belong to you.
Pluven processes your User Content only to provide the service to you (computing recommendations, syncing, backup); it is not used for any other purpose or sold to third parties.
By uploading a photo or image, you represent that it belongs to you or that you hold the rights to use it. Avoid uploading content protected by someone else's copyright.
6.Prohibited Uses
You may not use the App to:
Reverse engineer the App or attempt to access its source code
Create accounts using automated bots/scripts or otherwise abuse the system
Attempt unauthorized access to another user's account
Upload illegal, harassing, or harmful content
If conduct in violation of these rules is detected, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
7.Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, brand name, and logo belong to Pluven. These Terms grant you a personal, non-commercial license to use the App; no other rights are transferred.
8.Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service
We may continue to develop Pluven, add or remove features, or move certain features to Premium.
If we decide to discontinue the App entirely, we will attempt to notify you within the App or by email a reasonable time in advance; however, this cannot always be guaranteed (e.g. due to technical necessity or a change of service provider).
9.Limitation of Liability
Pluven is provided "as is"; no warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
The accuracy of recommendations depends on the accuracy of the information you enter into your collection and on a rule-based scoring engine; they may not always align exactly with your personal preferences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (such as data loss or lost profits) arising from your use of the App.
10.Account Termination
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings > Delete Account (see Privacy Policy, Section 7).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect use in violation of these Terms.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Turkey have jurisdiction over any disputes.
12.Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. For material changes, you will be notified within the App and, if necessary, asked to re-consent. The current version is always available on this page.
